Festival Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony will take place at Hartleyvale Stadium on the 17th July at 16h00. All teams to be present in their school uniforms or school tracksuits.

The ceremony includes live entertainment, flag raising ceremony, official opening, followed by a cocktail function for all coaches, managers and VIP's. Teams are urged to support food stalls while managers & coaches are at the cocktail function.

Festival Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony will take place at Hartlyevale on 22 July at approximately 17h30. This will include the festival prize-giving, as well as official closing of the 2012 festival.
